Our services extend from creating these high-quality formulations to offering fully packaged solutions, ensuring a turnkey approach that meets the specific needs of our clients worldwide.
NIE: At this year’s Vitafoods Europe, Vantage Nutrition debuted its beadlet technology. Please explain the benefits.
Costa: Vantage Nutrition’s beadlet technology stands out for its premium fluid bed coating process, which is optimized and tightly controlled to enhance productivity. This year at Vitafoods, Vantage demonstrated that our in-house technology allows for extensive customization, aligning with specific product requirements, whether for minimal or higher active loading. Furthermore, our technology supports exceptional scalability, offering tailored solutions in size, color, volume and release patterns. This flexibility ensures that we meet the diverse needs of our customers with precision.

By staying aligned with market trends and consumer needs, our multidisciplinary teams—comprising industry experts and PhD scientists from India, the U.S. and Latin America—have helped our clients to introduce new products that not only meet customer demands, but also expand their product portfolios, driving business growth.
NIE: Between 2022 and 2023, Vantage Nutrition acquired AquaCap and ComboCap Inc. How have these additions helped the company expand?

With these additions, we’ve established a local footprint in North America and expanded our portfolio to include a variety of liquid-filled capsules, such as cap-in-cap and Side by Sides, supported by more than 80 patents. When combined with our beadlet technology and premium packaging solutions, we are now better equipped to meet consumer needs across the nutritional market.
